The property comprises three restored buildings and spans 100 acres, incorporating olive groves, vineyards, and chestnut woods. It also offers an infinity swimming pool, a meditation pond, massage huts, a yoga terrace, a large semi-professional kitchen, and multiple indoor and outdoor dining and lounging areas.

The Lemon Terrace is the perfect place to take in the iconic Tuscan views of vineyards and olive groves, while the Sunset Patio is the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitivo while watching the breathtaking sunset over the Val d'Orcia. Additionally, the property features a firepit, bocce court, hammocks, benches, and extensive walking trails.

Accommodating up to 23 guests, the property offers 12 luxurious suites, each beautifully designed with its own entrance and private garden or patio. All suites are fully equipped with air conditioning, Italian linens, modern bathrooms, safes, USB chargers, and WiFi.
